Meet Justin Hall

Founder & Managing Director

Justin founded BrizPlant after years working in heavy machinery, demolition and hazardous materials. He leads the business and stays directly involved in the work, from the first site visit and the quote through to clearance and handover.

Every project runs under one accountable lead, whether it needs a single machine or a full programme of specialist trades, so clients always know who is responsible for their site and can speak to the founder when it matters.

Fleet & Plant

Our Own Machines, One Point of Control

Excavators with demolition and sorting attachments, tippers from single-axle to bulk cartage, water suppression, decontamination units and the small plant that keeps a contaminated site running, owned and maintained by us, and run on site under our supervision.

That matters on hazmat work for one reason: programme control. When the machine, the truck and the licence answer to the same supervisor, the dig keeps moving and the controls are set once, by the licence holder, for everyone on site, including any specialist trades we bring in.

Class A Asbestos Removal

WHSQ licence No. 2333881, friable and non-friable asbestos, any quantity. The highest removal class issued in Queensland.

Insured for Hazmat Work

$20 million public liability, plus the statutory covers for licensed asbestos and demolition work. Certificates of currency supplied with every tender.

Safety Systems

How the Work Stays Controlled

Systems only count if they run on every job, the small shed demolition gets the same paperwork spine as the industrial strip-out.

A site-specific Asbestos Removal Control Plan and SWMS are prepared for every licensed scope before mobilisation.

WHSQ notification is lodged by us for all notifiable asbestos work, at least five days, every time.

Air monitoring and clearance are carried out by licensed asbestos assessors independent of the people who did the work.

Decontamination facilities and sealed waste-out procedures run for the duration of every removal.

Waste moves under tracking to licensed facilities, and the dockets land in your handover pack.

One supervisor owns the site from establishment to clearance, the single point of accountability clients keep coming back for.
